Hello: Assembly is required, so glue is needed. The type of plastic used on this model is often referred to as Soft Plastic and it should be noted that Plastic Glue will not work. However, it is recommended to use any typical super glue, often referred to as Cyanoacrylic or CA glue. After using primer, spray or brush on, any acrylic-based paint should work. Typical hobby brands include, but are not limited to, Citadel, The Army Painter, Acrylicos Vallejo, AK Interactive, or Ammo by Mig Jimenez.

There is no official scale for Star Wars Legion Figures from FFG. However they are by consensus about 30-32mm scale, and noticably bigger than the Imperial Assault Minis that are considered 28mm figures.
