I cancelled the first order and reordered. I received the second order in a timely manner. I had to take it to Mobility Express to connect the necessary wiring. I am no longer able to do the mechanical work I used to. ME was able to attach the wiring directly to the battery as per the owners manual. My family and I enjoy the lift as we were putting the scooter in and out of the van ourselves, very heavy. Now with a push of a button the scooter is lifted or lowered with ease. The vendor tried to prevent me from installing this on a Subaru forester. I did anyway. So far so good. I don't recommend you do it.
