Tested and proven it works
After the shocking results of a very high blood pressure reading a few months ago,did some research and was recommended this magnesium my sleep and relaxing as never been the same. The Magnesium For Your Heart
I began taking this type of magnesium instead of the mag/citrate which caused me to have diarrhea. The citrate one didn't make any difference in my labs every month. So I did some research and found the Mag Taurate. This offers support for the heart and seems to absorb into my bloodstream more effectively. My labs improved as well, and I have not suffered any side effects from this product.
