Q: are these fireproof? can they be exposed to high heat without catching fire?

Nope. I would wear them to a knife fight but I'd leave them home for a firefight.

Q: Can these work to prevent farrel (wild) cat's from clawing & scratching your arm's badly? can cat claw's penetrate these? that's what i need them for.

Not sure,the material is woven.Sharp claws may be able to get through.I think the cat may get claws stuck in it and maybe get hurt. I wouldn t recommend it for that use.

Q: packaging says cutting proof gloves and arm guard but no gloves included?

This product is as the picture shows, a sleeve, not glove. It does not cover hands or fingers and is extremely tight. These were tested by a male 5'11" who weighs 175 lbs. These sleeves were tight on his forearms and they kept rolling up to give him no protection at all and even made him more likely to be injured.
