Great value for the price...
Great quantity for the price. Appears to be a decent product. Easy to take by squirting a few drops into a glass of water or a smoothie. Does not leave a noticeable or lasting taste when taken with water. I like that

Highly bioavailable form of zinc - excellent quality
I've been looking for this type of zinc since a practitioner recommended it to support my immune system. I'm really please with this one as it's high strength and doesn't have any rubbish added to it. It's easy to take, doesn't taste too strong and is working well for me. With the amount I'm using each day it will last well, and it's great to see that they've used a glass container that preserves the product, as I've heard that supplements lose their potency over time otherwise.

Dosage is the most important thing to know
I like that, it’s easy to use just by adding three drops in a glass of water each day. I have used it daily since I’ve had it, and have noticed a slight progress and a slight boost of energy.

Good product but must eat with food,
This zinc product is really good. Like all Nature Provides supplements, there are no hidden ingredients and they are created for maximum bioavailability. The one thing I must say, is that when it suggests that it must be taken with food, it really must be taken with a proper meal and not just a snack. At least, personally I found that it gave me an upset stomach if taken with just a sandwich or something. Through a process of elimination, I discovered that this was the cause of my upset stomach and have since adjusted the way I take it. As zinc plays an important role in normalising the immune system, it's good to have learnt my lesson!

Absolutely Essential!
This Ionic Zinc Sulphate Liquid arrived the next day and was really well packaged in nifty recycled packaging. I have been taking the recommended dose (10 drops daily diluted in water). I was looking for a product which does not contain additives and is totally natural which is a big plus for me!. I have already noticed my skin & nails are looking healthier and stronger. I see it as a tonic for myself, it is well priced and will last me ages (about 8 weeks according to my maths!) … I certainly recommend and plan to take throughout the year to keep my immune system in good shape and support my overall wellbeing.
