CREATESPACE Business Continuity Plan (Bcp) Template with Instr Paperback – Import, 23 September 2011

Inside the cover, there is a text offering a link to access an electronic version of the Business Continuity Template. I typed it into my browser and received a 404 - Page Not Found error. This is very disappointing. I emailed the author but have not received a reply yet.
