Sure. It’s a bit pricey but that’s because it works. I stumbled onto it about a year ago and started taking it to help manage weight loss. And boy did it! I’m currently 48. As a teen and twenty something, I was always fit and hourglassy, long shiny thick hair, beautiful skin. It’s not free regardless of what some think. Even in those years I worked hard at it, and practiced food deprivation. But then I had a life for decades of raising three kids and career and husband traveling. No time for me. I have been using this product for years now. It is excellent. I have noticed a difference in my skin, nails, hair, and energy levels. The results show within a month, at the most, however, energy levels drop if one stops using this product. The effects on my skin, hair, and nails have continued to improve. Everyone says that I look 10 years younger!

I have only been on it for 1 month but noticed almost immediately that my skin looked better. I seem to have more energy & be more organized. Waiting for the sleep benefits. Plan on sticking with it for now!
