This stuff is amazing! Took me 2 days to feel the difference but it works! Got rid of my aches and pains from inflammation and gave me so much energy for my workout! I was struggling for 2 weeks due to hormone imbalances and inflammation but after my second day? I really feel the difference! I recommend it 1000 %!!! It smells very good like some kind of green tea, but of course does taste a little bitter be cause of stirring it only with water. However, from the second time, I started to put a tablespoon of Moringa powder in a smoothie. And it tastes much better. It is packed with nutrition. I feel I am more energetic.

Taste is not the best but I mixed it in with milk and it tastes a alright, I can tell it’s good quality by the smell

Fast shipping, product as described. It is a vibrant green color and taste/look similar to matcha. I add it to my yogurt along with some honey and fruit. I also make smoothies with banana, dates, and a bit of ice (it taste great and isn’t too strong). The package is good size for the price compared to others. I haven’t been taking religious but plan on adding it to my diet more often as I hear it has many great nutrients and benefits. The only downside is that once opened, it is hard to reseal the bag but it’s not a big deal in my opinion.

I have had migraines my whole life. As I got older, they became more consistent- with cluster headaches lasting 48 hours to sometimes 2 weeks, extreme lethargy, dizziness, nausea lack of sleep and more inbetween... I was always in pain and popping headache medicine like candy. I started taking Moringa powder as a supplement for something completely unrelated and suddenly... my migraines started to subside! I went a full 9 DAYS without a migraine or a headache.(Whhhattt!?) TOTALLY CONFUSED- I did some research and found that Moringa powder had some studies showing it helped relieve migraines symptoms. I am not exaggerating when I say, this changed my entire life. I still get headaches, but for the 4 months I have consistently been using it, I have had 1 migraine and it only lasted 12 -13 hours with hardly any postdrome symptoms (this is a huge improvement for me). I have gone a period of 15 days without taking headache medicine- all the headaches I had during that time were manageable. And now it's rare that I take headache medicine even once a week. I went from EVERYDAY to maybe once a week. Game changer. It may not taste the greatest, but with results like this- I don't care. I use it everyday (in doses recommended to me).

God awful taste, but the Moringa health benefits outweigh the bitter flavor. Works best in soups with tomatoes & Legumes. Most other foods the moringa powder greatly affects the taste.
