Deficient quality control.
The quality of the picture is good, the frame very nice, the delivery was timely, and it would have gotten 5 stars if not for the fact that it was sent prepared to be hanged upside down. Poor quality control indeed...I had to spend almost an hour fixing it so I could hang it properly.
