It arrived in nice little storage case. It’s lightweight and kind small, if you have big hand...then won’t fit when you try to hold it. I tried out T18 didn’t fit cat6 and real tie on cat5, tried T50 on Cat6 it works but doesn’t look as nice as a perfect fit...the staple remover was a plus...easily used. Overall for the price...it works for little project around the house...

Well worth the money. If you read the negative reviews here take note some say it jams to much. No if used correctly rarely jams. When you squeeze to fire make sure you completely fire the gun. If you start to fire it then stop to move gun it will reset the spring and try to start a new staple. That jams the gun. once you start to squeeze to fire don't release trigger if you need to stop point the gun in a safe direction and finish firing the staple this equals zero jams.Some say too hard to fire. Yes it can be set up to strong to fire easy. If it's to hard turn top tension knob counterclockwise that makes it easy to fire. If it's not sinking staples all the way turn knob clockwise that adds power.NOTE size of staples that will work with this gun is ingraved in bottom plate of gun. Any brand will work as long as correct size. John B

Good solid staple gun but has to be refilled often and sinks staples uneven. (One corner is always sticking up.Great price for the kit and accessories.

This is by no means a top dollar product, But its affordable, Comes with staples and nails you will need for most jobs all in one kit, And it works, I bought it because my good tools have a habit of walking off, It was really good product for the price and didn't half to buy the staples and nails separate, If it walks off its affordable to replace.

Sadly, I rec'd this and don't find it to be heavy-duty. It only sometimes sticks the staple in the wall and there was a huge number of jams. The jams wasted so many staples, and add to that the staples wouldn't go into the wall. The jams were easy to clear. It certainly wasn't my strength as the issue. Additionally, the U-staples were way too narrow and not long enough to go over internet/phone cable wire. I didn't know the U shapes come in small sizes and would like to have been told that. I do like the set, but I bought it to staple some thick cable wire that had come down and it was a super chore. It was luck whether the staple was going to stay in the wall. I like that it's small in my hand. I don't think it's accurate to call it heavy-duty. I recommend it for card board/wood jobs and for thin cable wire.

Staple gun was shipped within 24 hours of placing order! Used it to hang plastic in garage for painting project and worked great! Very heavy duty but it was easy to squeeze the handle. Was a plus that all the different size/shape staples came with it and love the case to keep it all organized!

Very disappointed. Looks like a quality item. Even says "High Quality" on the outside of it. Nice case! Great selection of good staples!. Nice kit! Nice try at an instruction sheet too. BUT. Plastic mechanism inside behind the shiny steel broke, jammed the unit and it is useless on the second use. Save yourself, too late for us now.Not very well made inside as it broke stapling foam sheet to soft wood.So I picked up my Swingline Desk Stapler and finished the job in seconds. So if you have a desk stapler you don't need this POS. The black diamond in the picture is one of two plastic bits it coughed up. Inoperable. Not high quality. Pass.

Just a little hard when squeezing the handle. But drives the staple deep.Purchased it because it fires cable, regular staples and Brad nails and came with a case so I can keep everything together instead of scattered in different places and the staple remover is a bonus.

Poor quality. Very small and not strong. Not heavy duty. Absolutely not useable for u-type staples. Weak product. Absolutely doesn't costs this money. After this garbage, I bought Arrow T50 and happy with it.

it works but not very well. It is NOT a heavy duty stapler.. Very small and light weight. Barely accomplished a very easy job . I do not recommend for heavy duty jobs at all
