INKEE Falcon Plus Action Camera Gimbal Stabilizer Compatible with GoPro Hero 12/11/10/9/8/7/6/5, with Tripod and Extension Rod Kits

I’m still adjusting and getting used to this gimble but I really like it. You will be shooting better video with this if you take the time to get used to it. I love the fact that you can move around and keep the image locked and steady. It does take some getting used to and I’m still finding ways to use it better but I really, really like this system. Get the longer pole attachment and use it for overhead and higher point of views….it’s amazing the difference you will make with your videos!

The Inkee falcon plus gimbal is a fantastic edition to any action camera user or videographer. The unit weighs 290.5 g and is around about the same size as an iPhone promax. Included in the box is a stabilizer screw to afix camera, Quickstart guide, charging cable, usb to usb c, storage bag, tripod, one screw to replace the quick release screw and two hexagon wrenches. It works with the Osmo action, GoPro, and the Insta 360 cameras. It is a three axis stabilizer and supports adjustments through the falcon app for speed rotation, motor response and joystick speed. You can charge your action camera from the internal 2500mAh gimbal battery via usb c cable. The gimbal works seamlessly with an osmo action 4 camera, however, the record and time lapse button on the side does not work if you have any other action camera, then a GoPro. The Osmo action 4 has voice activation and is actually easier to command recording and taking a photos. You can pan until up to 360°. It has six modes that can be identified by LEDs underneath the Joystick. PF for pan following, HL for pan tilt following, FPV for three access all following, FL for vertical mode when the indicator flashes three times and a flashlight mode. The trigger button is located on the front of the handle and by pressing it twice resets the gimbal to forward mode, pressing the trigger button again three times, rotates the camera towards you in a selfie mode. The unit does need to be initially charged prior to use and there is a left, right, front and rear balance adjustment necessary to determine the center of gravity for the camera. The gimbal combines a lightweight aluminum alloy, combined with plastic. It is extremely comfortable in the hand and extremely quiet while using the unit. One of my favorite modes is the vortex which allows the camera to spin, creating the inception mode.

Works good and no issues using it. The extension rod is useless. The tripod base works well as well as the app. Be sure to download the app as it will check for firmware updates. You also need the app to connect your GoPro to gimbal for the first time. The instructions were hard to read and you are better off watching a You Tube video than trying to read them.

This gimbal does not come balanced so you have to balance it yourself. The problem is that the screws are not meant for it to adjust, you cannot loosen and then move the camera and then re tighten the screw.The screw has to come all the way out, you then have to move the base, and then try to reinstall the screw BUT the screw is NOT supposed to come out of where it was, so you cannot put the screw back in without scraping some of the metal off to insert the screw (thus damaging the screw whole that is a centimeter wide.Would have absolutely never purchased this if I knew it would be this difficult. I'm on 4.5 hours now trying to adjust something that should not take this long to do. Absurd.

If you want to make videos while walking, you have 3 main options: 1. using a fixed mount like a hat or helmet mount, or a backpack strap mount or a chest mount. This will produce video with the most bobbing up-and-down, that can be partially mitigated by using autosmooth. 2 using a hand-held selfie stick, which will reduce the bobbing as your arm can compensate for a lot of the bobbing. 3. using a Gimbal with 3-way axis that produces the smoothest video with the least amount of bobbing.This Falcon Plus gimbal allows for the Media Mod attachment (the original Falcon did not support the Media Mod) and produces great video even without using autosmooth.NOTE: The setup and use instructions that are provided are inadequate, so just go on YouTube where you will find several excellent videos on how to setup, balance, and use the Falcon Plus.

Had this for a long time now. It works excellent and has held up very well!!

Pros:- Compact size.- Compatible with Media Mod- Can control GoPro(partly)- comes with mini tripod.Cons:- You have to balance the gimbal every time you mount it. Balancing settings are different if using with and without media mod.- You have to carry a special hexagonal wrench to mount/unmount the GoPro with MediaMod from Gimbal. Ideally a specially designed knob compatible with MediaMod should have been included instead of metal screw.- The Gimbal is not smooth. It was vibrating in tilt axis. May be my unit was defective.- The gimbal is partly compatible with GoPro 11. GoPro can be turned off but can't be turned on via Gimbal. Emailed Inkee about this problem but never received any reply.- There is no carrying case for protection. Just a pouch!- There is a mobile APP for FW upgrade. The APP is bare bone.Had to return due to above problems.

I just start learning how to record a video and this gimbal is just so easy to manage and to setup, I'm in love and definitely now is one of my favorite gadgets for recording

Lo immaginavo più grande ma ne giova la manovrabilità, l'impugnatura è di plastica ma ne giova in leggerezza, apprezzo che lo si può utilizzare con il Mod GoPro, ho trovato qualche intoppo nel bilanciarlo inizialmente, ma quando si capisce il suo meccanismo di bilanciamento diventa semplice, poi una volta fissati i perni per la posizione ottimale non occorre più ripetere l'operazione di bilanciamento, il display della cam è completamente libero e quindi accessibile a tutte le impostazioni della cam, sono soddisfatto di aver scelto bene

This is a great accessory, but it is disappointing that it does not work with GoPro 12 :(I have a GoPro 11 and just recently purchased the new GoPro 12. I first tried pairing the gimbal with 12, but it was not found in the GoPro searching mode.With the 11, it connected straight away.Another point is that changing the battery when using the Media Mod is a bit cumbersome.Otherwise, the stability was excellent and vastly improved compared to using it without it.

La compatibilité avec la Gopro 11 n'est vraiment pas terminée. Il y aura surement une mise à jour par la suite. Et je tiens à signaler que aucune tige ne m'a étée fournie .C'est malheureusement un retour pour moi.
