Do these wprk well to light up a high school football field at night?

Yes, the 300 watt will work great for athletic fields. You might have to place two per light pole.

Will this work on a 240 volt circuit?

YES! The led stadium flood lights supports 240V AC

Does this come with 2 rows of lights?

Yes, and they are worth every penny. I mounted ours over the entrance to my metal work shop and it lights the back yard quite well. I did have to cut the plug off to hard wire it to a switch in the building. I do recommend this light and actually plan on buying 2 more for the roll-up door side.
