As soon as i received the items started already to withered,and received it late

Plants arrived well wrapped and not damaged but very disappointed to see that they only sent 3 varieties and none of the ones reflected in the picture.

I ordered these for my daughter and she was positively delighted w them. They arrived quickly, looking fresh and healthy. I was pleasantly surprised bc I’ve never ordered plants by mail before and my expectations were not high. These were a great value and there’s a nice variety. She was going to re-pot them but it’s been three months and hasn’t gotten around to it yet. We’ve had them sitting in a window and they’re doing well. I will admit that one plant died, but the rest are so hearty and thriving that I don’t want to say anything negative bc it may have been our fault. It was the one plant that looked markedly different from the rest, being more thin and spindly. We may not have cared for it right. It was as healthy as the rest in arrival and we are not experienced in caring for plants. Having said that, the rest are growing and appear to be thriving. My daughter has even taken a couple of leaves off plants and put the stems in water to start new plants. They developed roots and successfully transplanted into soil where they’re now growing. I would recommend this purchase. We’ve certainly enjoyed them. In fact, I’ve been encouraged to try growing some more house plants. My parents always had them and it’s so pleasant to see live greenery in ones home.

It arrived on time however the succulents were bone dry. Furthermore, there was one that looks like it won't make it but we shall see... I immediately planted them so I will update if they make it or not. Update 4/18/25 Wow, these little jewels have rebounded so nicely! They are full and look great in it's new planter. I wish I've taken a before and after pic:)

Similar to other reviewers I was a little worried about them getting here safe. They were packed well with crinkle paper strips. However, I do think a sticker on the box that says "This way up" would help as there was a lot of soil debris to clean up and a couple were flipped upside down. Despite this all of them were in excellent condition and I was able to make 4 succulent arrangements. I got these as a sort of test drive because I wasn't sure if the way they came would be giftable. I think that's a little iffy. I ended up ordering my mom a fiddle leaf considering their presentation and to play it safe because she's too on top of watering for succs. I feel like to be a good giftable they'd need a better presentation, maybe gift note option. I do think the variation of species could be a little better. I was hoping to get at least one Haworthia, but it was made up for since I got a donkey tail which I've been really wanting. You'll see it in the kitty skull mug planter in the pics. Hopefully it gets big and strong like the gorgeous donkey tails I've seen hanging :) Overall I am very pleased and the only thing I'm docking a star for is the fact it should be pretty easy to add a shipping note to say the package is "fragile" or "this way up". I love my new succulents! My little Groots do too! The packaging was pretty decent (as good as can be expected for live plants)... the handling not so much... But that's not the seller's fault, hence the 5 stars still. A few tipped over and, because of that, those that had were barely in any soil and what soil was left was bone dry. Thankfully, succulents are hardy little guys. I just made sure they were replanted immediately. Some don't look the greatest but are already looking better after a few days. One of the taller one's broke off completely but the stem was long enough so I just used some rooting powder and replanted it. If all goes well, I'm just getting a 14th plant out of it 😊. (On top of a some little leaves that had fallen off that may yield new plants as well!) They sent me 13 in case of instances like this. My only complaint is the variety... I had 4 doubles, 1 tripple, and 2 singles. But even so, it seems they were smart to send multiples of the most healthy and easy-to-ship kinds so I was guaranteed to have success with the majority. I'm still very pleased with the 7 different types I received. The instructions provided we're great for beginners and experienced alike. My only suggestion for buyers would be to have some cacti/succulent soil and pots ready when they arrive. Then, at least if you have a mailman that can't read "this side UP", you can still probably save most, if not all of them.

I am so impressed with everything about this purchase! It arrived one cold rainy day early, in a regular Amazon box. I opened it to find the box snuggly packed with “crinkle cut” brown paper. I carefully removed it allthen took each plan out and set them in a 9x13 pan. Some dirt did come out during shipping but it was easy to put back in the pot, I just lifted plant out. The dirt was bone dry so I carefully watered them by turning on the sink at a low flow and moved the pan back & forth which also cleaned the dust off of them and allowed for some of the water to be in the pan to be soaked up by each plant. The photos I took were from 30 minutes after watering them. I wish I had taken “before” pics to show how they perked up and are already getting color back in them. I received 14 plants, which was 2 more than advertised. There was only one plant (see photo) that had quite a few leaves broken but it has new growth on it already so it will be just fine. There are also only 2 double plants so the value is Fantastic! I will order from again as it is a quality product and a great value for the money.
