We recently purchased this item as a gift for a retiring service dog. Once we recieved it we had the dog's name embroidered onto it and were set to present it to him and his handler at a public ceremony. Sadly, the dog passed away unexpectedly a week before the presentation. Not sure what to do with the bed we checked with the handler to see if she could still use it for one of her other service dogs and she was pleased to have it - however the embroidered name and message made it hard for her to look at on a daily basis. We contacted the supplier and they quickly agreed to provide a new cover direct from the factory at no charge.I've been so impressed that I've subsequently ordered another bed for my own dog.

I ordered the Orthopedic Memory foam bed for Preacher on his 2nd birthday. After he destroyed 4 beds prior. This bed is not only nice looking, it's durable and so soft! We ordered the second one as he's turning 3 in a few weeks. He's 130 lbs now, likes to do "the dig and circle" thing before he gets comfortable and these beds have survived his bulldozer-like habits! I can't express how pleased and how impressed I am at the quality!!

Overpriced and dog didn't like the sound of the waterproof lining. Sent back for a refund which was a challenge in itself getting it back in the box and the cost of the return was £8!! Be sure about this bed before you purchase.

Great bed my dog loves it covers come off easily to wash

Dogs absolutely love their new Laifug memory foam mattress bed. I’ve tried it myself aswell and it’s very comfortable. It’s thick enough so that you can’t feel the floor underneath it which is exactly what we were after. Thank you very much, would definitely recommend!
