Works well when I have a lot of eggs to separate
If I only have one egg to separate for a recipe, it might not be worth dragging this out of the drawer to use it. But it makes things so much faster when you have multiple eggs to separate to just dump them all in a bowl and then put the separator down there and blop-blop-blop, you're done! It's very easy to wash, definitely low maintenance--my kind of tool!

Works just like it was purported
Works just like it was purported; sometimes I am surprised. This one really works. I have never had any trouble separating eggs, but this is so much fun to use. I guess I am a pushover for new gadgets.
