Wonderful Guide!
I'm only through a couple of chapters of this guide, but I already love it. The author does a great job of cutting through the fluff to provide a great piece of reference material here. If you are deploying UCCX in your environment for the first time: this book needs to be on your desk.

Basic foundation, good guide but needs updating
The material is outdated. The basics still apply. Text is small and photos are blurry . Would have been nice if Finesse and CAD were covered more, but everything in this book cuts straight to the meat of UCCX. Overall this book is a good reference.

The only thing second edition about this book is the cover. The content inside the book is the first edition.

Love this book, kudos to the author
My workplace purchased this book for me. It is my UCCX bible. The only thing it is lacking is coverage of the topic of Finesse, but everything in this book cuts straight to the meat of UCCX and allows you to quickly build custom CSQs and deploy this product to your call center team.

Basic Foundation to get you going
I like the book so far, but I was kind of hoping to have the book get a little deeper into Finesse as well as CAD, and I think some areas are a little glossy. Overall, though, it will get a novice up and running with a basic system.
