Go this on sale for $40, and at this price it's great, but a full price I would probably look elsewhere. Brought this to a sporting event and had them on for 4hrs in 85 degree weather. It was comfortable and worked just as intended, and was less sweaty than expected. The amplifier works well, I could hear very distant, detail sounds and people talking. With the amplification off, it has great sound isolation and works great. Wind noise isn't great, the mic will pick up even a light breeze. As clear as the amplification is, it completely lacks any sense of directional awareness. You will hear small sounds but will have no ideas where it's is coming from which can be disorienting as first.

So I haven’t really tested the electric part of these, but when I turn them on I do get some static. But these feel like very high quality. I use them for UTV off-roading, and they allow just the right amount and type of sound through, but muffle sound enough to allow you to ride for hours. I rode yesterday for four hours, and they performed well both sound and comfort wise. I have a cheaper pair bought elsewhere, and there is no comparison. The cheaper ones are not comfortable for more than a short time.

Wow! That’s the best way I can describe this product! I’ve had many similar ear protections before but this one really blew me out of the water. My previous one was a little bulkier so it made it slightly harder to put my chin on the buttstock but this one is super slim and very comfortable. The microphone is strong as it amplified even slightest “safe” sound like the sound of a chocolate wrapper while significantly reducing louder booms or noises like power tools. The padding is comfortable while providing adequate seal and noise reduction. I have not tried this in a shooting range yet and my only worry is that while the microphone and padding are amazing, the housing itself might not have enough padding to acoustically reduce noise. I will update after I try it in a range but as of now I’m very impressed with it. It obviously has a perfect value for the money with the sale and coupon. I highly recommend this!

These are amazing. The sound quality and how well they pick up from a distance at the same time muffle gun shots. My girls wore them around the house the first night I got them.

Decent ear protection and the sound cut-off/dampening under fire works as expected for indoor use in a 22lr to 45/38 pistol only range. 357/44+ and rifle fire next to you could be too percussive and require add'l ear plugs. Fit is snug around my ears and adjust to size easily. I shoot in a league competition so need to have audio on all the time to hear instructions on the line. Voice tone is clear. I use them for at least an hour at a time but sometimes more if there's post game tie breakers. Am not sure how long a set of batteries should be expected to last BUT just remember to shut off the audio when finished or the bats will be dead by the next day. Always carry extra SETS of batteries in your gear bag.

I use these for shooting, and at home with my laptop. I got a 3rd party Bluetooth adapter for them, the setup works great. The noise reduction is good, and the voice quality is good as well, especially for the price.
