Is Everything It Claims To Be !
Took me 15 minutes or so of frustration trying to get started. Wound it up OK - but couldn't get the gyro going at first. Directions didn't help. But once I got it going - - it was amazing.it is well made - worked right out of the box and Ive had not problems with it at all.To get started - you don't 'rotate' your wrist - that creates counter force. Keep wrist locked and hand locked and rotate them both. Your forearm will be rotating to. Rocking motion with the ball- thumb up and down opposite of pinky going down and up. So your hand, wrist and forearm are going 180 in one direction then 180 in the other. Fast. Then, when it 'catches - you can do different motions. At first, I could only do 2 minutes. But you can build up, as you strengthen your muscles.

Let a young person show you haw if you are having problems.
I was about ready to return this because I could not get it to work, even after looking at the videos. My nephew (younger generation) showed me how and now it is great. Key for me seems to wind it up good and make slower movements at first to "feel" the ball moving.

Cool - nice piece of fitness apparatus////
This provides a nice work out on my hands, wrists and forearms -- there was a learning curve on getting it to work but after figuring it out it's not all that hard to learn.... I use it a lot while watching TV

Doesn't work - fresh out of the box! :-(
The media could not be loaded. Got the product today. Was excited. I read the instructions, watch the videos. Got the center rotor taught and nice and let go and started moving my wrist. Sensed that it was starting off to get internal energy going and saw some lights.. But fizzled out within 10 seconds or so. I have tried this 20 times and more - trying to see if there is extra skill involved but same negative results. Asked for a replacement. If that does not work, will ask for a return.------ UPDATE -------- THIS PRODUCT TRULY SUCKSGot a replacement - it is marginally better but still stops quickly... so returning this as well.

Excellent fun for 6 grandsons with a competitive nature!
My daughter was given something on this order that was about five years ago that you had to start with a shoe string! This one rolls backwards with the arrows on the bottom. When it gets really tight, you can’t hold it No more, release and start working in a circular motion. You can kind of be hook up. It goes faster and faster and gets brighter and brighter! It does exercise your wrist. I am 65 years old and I can only do it about four minutes with the hand. It is a HOOT!If you are retired take us to McDonald’s with you when you meet your buddies to get coffee! I’m telling you people cannot keep their hands off of this thing! It’s a great conversation piece. Thank you.

Interesting
I thought this would be fun but I can’t figure out how to do it. Of course I haven’t gone on the website so maybe I should do that. The little booklet that came with it really was no help.
