Is this good for a half acre? How's the customer support?

This lawn mower is 17 inches and provides up to 45 minutes of runtime on grass that is maintained under 4 inches or less. It's designed for small residential lawns. 1/2 an acre will require additional batteries and may require additional charges for optimal runtime and performance.

Batteries fully charged but mower won’t start?

We're sorry to hear about your starting issues. Make sure the batteries are click into place. This is important because if the batteries are not fully connected it may cause issues with starting of the unit. Then when you turn start the unit ensure that you: The unit will not start in any other sequence. 1. Push down the safety switch button, while pressing the safety switch button with one hand, use your other hand to simultaneously pull the bale switch towards you. 2. Once the machine turns on you can let go of the safety button and continue to hold the bale (lever) handle. The unit will only start when the safety button is pressed first, followed by the bale switch. If it is reversed the unit will not power on.

Like to have a replacement blade (r0200220-00) for this mower but gw will only ship within canada. how can i get a replacement here in the u.s.?

Take your blade to a lawnmower dealer, that's what I did. Make sure you take the serial number and model number too.

Does it support 220v ?

I use mine here in the United States with 110v. If you are taking it out of the United States to Countries using higher voltage, for the machine to last for a long time for you, you need to buy an automatic voltage regulator which you will need to plug to the power source and set it on the Country's voltage, before plugging the machine. In that way, you will see the efficiency of the machine. Amazon sell automatic voltage regulators too.
