Great product and definitely works. I mix it with my protein shake before every workout and I can’t even taste it.

The product is effective and it’s great that it isn’t till of additional ingredients like most products similar to this. I wish I got it in a flavor. The taste in my opinion is horrible I usually mix it with 8 oz of water after a workout a chug it so I don’t have to taste it. Definitely needs to be put in something to mask the taste

This is the only BCAA I will get because it has no additional ingredients! It is the purest form I've found! Look at the other ones out there, there's always something extra and if you look a lot of those extras up, they are not good for you! I don't want any of that in my body! So I stick to this one; plain and simple it just works!

I am a avid runner. I don't lift or really do any other form of exercising. I bought the product for muscle recovery and toning with out weight gain. I have noticed that I when I am not running consistently and I take this product I do not get the soreness that I normally do. The taste is poor. I initially mixed with it with my Arbonne Vanilla Protein Shake Mix and that was the last time I did that. The taste was HORRIBLE! However I then tried mixing it with Gatorade and it tasted just fine. I have tried a few different flavors of Gatorade and they all seem mask the bad taste of this powder very well. I can not rate the product yet on muscle tone with out weight gain cause I have not been consistently running to say whether it does that or not.

I like the bodytech brand supplements. Quality is there, been taking supplements for decades. Doesn't taste good but who cares, just man up and drop in down the hatch. IMO this is one of the key supplements for training naturally

I have been using this product for about two weeks now and it is exactly what I was hoping for. Glutamine and BCAA's are both excellent supplements to take while on a weight lifting regimen, but they can get expensive when bought separately. This product combines them at a very affordable price. I take 1 scoop mixed in with a protein shake before working out everyday. Taste is not bad especially in flavored protein, and the scoop size is pretty small too. Since adding this product I have noticed increased pump and performance (pushing out those last couple reps). The glutamine also helps in reducing soreness the next day. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to push themselves in the gym.

Tastes so bad I can't use it-

I bought this to increase my energy on a daily basis. I work in a medical field and we are all exhausted from Covid. I take this every morning. It tastes terrible bc I did not want flavoring that is unhealthy. It can be mixed with juice but I mix it with my flavored colostrum powder that I also take daily. It works. I have energy to do my job at work and I’m not completely exhausted on my weekend.
