Daylight Company E27 (Edison Screw) 20 Watt Ultimate Floor Lamp, Antique

I needed a lamp with a magnifier for knitting, needlework, crafts, etc. Clip on lamps didn't do it for me, so I was thrilled to find a floor lamp on wheels that was functional and attractive enough for the living room. It easily rolls as close to the couch as I need it, the lamp and magnifier are flexible enough to bend anywhere I need it, and the little tray is much more useful than I expected. When I'm not crafting, it holds a plethora of dark chocolate miniatures, and lately has been perfect for storing the little beady things I'm using in diamond painting projects.

nachdem der Betonsockel meiner " alten " daylight ultima in 5 Teile und eine Kehrschaufel Brösel zerfallen ist, bin ich über-glücklich innerhalb 3 Tagen Ersatz zu haben. Die Lupenlampe ist praktisch , gibt tolles Licht , ist dekorativ und für meinevon feuchter Makuladegeneration befallenen Augen unverzichtbar. Die rettet mir mein heissgeliebtes Hobby.Einzige Kritik : der Originalkarton mit dem 13 kg schweren Bausartz war nur mit je einem kurzen Klebestreifen oben und untenverschlossen. Beide Streifen hatten sich abgelöst und es ist nur dem umsichtigen Transport der DHL zu verdanken dass alles unbeschadetangekommen ist.Trotzdem 5 Sterne weil der Artikel wirklich empfehlenswert ist.

My parents wanted a light in their lounge, as my Dad likes to do puzzles.... Late into the night. We had been looking for a few months and this was the only one that didn't look plastic like and something that should be in a hair salon. It is also the most expensive we found but as it was to go into their lounge they decided this wasn't an issue.The lamp arrived in good time and is extremely heavy. I put it up for them, which took me about 20 minutes. It comes in 3 main pieces: the base, the solid pole and the poseable arm. There are also six optional wheels, a magnifying glass, a "charter holder" and a daylight bulb. We didn't put all the accessories on, as they have no need currently for most of them but it is nice to know these can be added and taken off as and when. It is extremely easy to put together. Everything slots in to place - there is no need for a screwdriver or for power tools in order to set it up, which is good. I would recommend if you do not want to put the wheels on the base, to build it where it will go, as I mentioned previously it is very heavy.As the base is heavy it gives more balance and a sturdy feel. The golden/brass doesn't look out of place and looks fairly modern. Best of all, because it has an elbow joint above the opaque white cone shaped lamp shade, there is no need to move the whole of the stand to adjust the position of the beam. Once you have the light at the required height you simply manipulate the elbow joint to get the light to shine where you need it.The light from the daylight is clear and bright. One side effect of a daylight light (bulb) that I've noticed is my eyes don't feel as strained as they do under the low energy light bulbs.The light bulb is extremely bright and now my parents actually use this as their main light in their lounge.

I received this for Christmas & have it sitting by my recliner (stitching chair!). I am going to love this! Looks much nicer in my newly remodeled living room than my other white Daylight stitching light. The light arm & shade is adjustable where the light can be directed exactly where you need it. The price was much less than other sites I have looked at, also. The detachable chart holder, accessory tray, & magnifier are very nice additions.
