Tough toy ball and great suction
The media could not be loaded. This product came very well packaged. The initial box was wrapped in plastic as well as the individual items inside ensuring the least bit of contamination before it arrives to you.To preface: my review is based off of owning a Puppy Belgian Malinios who is almost 2 and a Chocolate Lab who is 4 years old.Overall, the product is very well made and holds up to its’ description. The suction cup is super strong as you can see from our video,it even withstood our strong puppy’s continuos pull. Included in the package is a sticky pad for owners that do not have tile, or a wood surface that is smooth enough and doesn’t allow a good grip.Unfortunately, being an older puppy and being used to carrying her toys around the house and yard she didn’t want the toy on the tie and would cry. I reached out to the company to see if their was anything to do to use the toy alone and they quickly not only gave me a response but the video attached as well. You simple place your fingers inside the area where you put food, pull out the tied knot and untie. Once we did this she was super excited and entertained. Being a Belgian Malinios she tends to go through toys quickly. I mean destroyed in a day. The rope ties themselves did not last longer than the day but in my opinion was expected, this is common for her rope toys. These can also be removed as they are tied within. The rubber ball itself is superb and is enact after several play times and does not show any wear and tear or bite marks. I look forward to this lasting a while. I’ll update when possible. We also had a problem initially with the food not coming out. We used uncooked, cut up sweet potato. When I reached out to the company I also asked their recommendation for what to put inside. Their suggestion was granular food or to cut the pieces a bit smaller. We tried their suggestion out and it worked perfectly (granular food)I would highly recommend this toy for someone that just got a puppy and needs their first toy. This would definitely keep them entertained. It will also with stand their constant tugging and biting. It will also grow with them and allow you to take it off the string when they are ready and get plenty of play time with it.Update: one month later ball is still well in tack and undamaged. It has quickly become her favorite toy.Update September: this by far is still my puppy’s favorite toy. Not only that but even after breaking other toys with in minutes or days this has now lasted us almost 4 months now. No cracks, or breaking down. We use it just about everyday as a regular ball for throwing and from time to time as a treat and to keep her occupied.

Fantastic toy for our puppy
Personally I looked askance at this thing - stick it to the wall and the dog will go after it? Ok, fine, we spent $20 on this we might as well give it a go. I pushed it against a smooth surface (the tiling to the counter in our kitchen) and left it. My wife put something inside of the ball that comes with this (not sure I'd recommend this as it began to make a mess as the dog did go nuts over the ball to get at the food), and we waited. The dog immediately went after the food in the ball, treats actually so that gave her additional incentive. This went on for awhile, so I wasn't sure if this was a "get the treat" thing or if the dog was actually interested in the toy. Took out the treats - she wasn't getting to them, our dog isn't exactly an Einstein so if this is doggie doable it was above her canine intellect, and we felt bad that she couldn't get at what she clearly could smell. As soon as we did this I just assumed she'd ignore the toy, no more treats why bother? Wrong, wrong, wrong - I'll admit being taken by surprise. I just assumed that the dog was only interested in this because of the treats, but it's been over a week now that we've had this and she's been at it easily every day it's been there, aggressively at it, and I've been very surprised. She clearly likes this thing and she spends time gnawing at it regularly, and often enough getting into a tug of war with the wall tile that she usually loses (it came away from the wall once, not a problem putting it back on the wall, but I wouldn't wet the cup with water - it'll stick but at the same time slide left, right, up and down and if the dog is persistent it'll be off the wall again.)This is NOT going to cure your dog of going after wood molding or anything else you're not happy to see it destroying, but as part of an array of tools you use for the dog I have to give this major points - the dog IS interested in it, does go after it, does expend energy on it, so it's well worth the cost and the effort.

Great toy, awful suction system
Our dog likes this toy--spends time chewing on the suction portion since it doesn't attach readily or for very long to any surface even with the "sticky" attachment. I have put mini-treats inside the toy but the dog cannot extract them, so it's a frustrating exercise. I would probably not buy this toy again because of the terrible suction. That said, the tug portions and the "head" of the toy are really liked by our dog. They are durable, chewable, and interesting to the dog. Great idea that needs more work.

Disappointment
I was excited to get this toy for my German shep puppy as he loves to play and loves to chew, however, I am not pleased with this product. First thing off the bat there is a piece of paper in the section where treats go and after a hot minute of trying finally got it out. Next the enhanced suction cup plastic was packaged with it folded in half causing a crease it making it unusable! Now this section cup enhancer was something that I was really excited about because my home is mostly wood floors. I said oh well and attempted to put it on my laminate flooring in my laundry area. Well....guess what the suction cup doesn't work either. I put it on the floor, stepped on it, walked away and it had already popped off with NO pulling to it. Then I attempted to use a little bit of water on it. Great it stayed until my puppy pulled and it popped off again. Luckily my dog likes the toy itself but if you are intending on getting this for your dog to keep themselves entertained, don't waste your money. Very disappointed in this product and would not recommend.

Suction not great
My Frenchie loves this toy and it does keep her occupied. However the suction cup doesn’t like to stick after it’s been moved around a few times. She mostly just carries it around the house or chews it. It’s held up well to her chewing.
