I have cystic acne and I've tried many acne supplements. This one works wonderfully. I take two in the morning and then one in the evening when noticing the beginnings of a breakout. Regularly i will take two in the morning. That is not what is recommended for the daily dose, but it is what I do. I regularly have facials and use my red light therapy daily. This supplement is an addition that has improved my skin dramatically.

My mom was skeptical about this product at first because I'm a teenager, but it worked so well!! It cleared up my skin so fast. It has kept my skin from getting oily and it's super easy to swallow. Highly recommend!! 5 stars all around.

Never disappointed with this product. So happy that amazon is carrying this product because it really really works. Im not going through the actual company anymore because the customer service is horrible and they ban you for any complaints. With amazon no complaints at all. Thank you for carrying this product and will order soon again
