Sugar-Free Apricot Jam Filled Linzer Tart Cookies

My mother is diabetic, so I sent her some sugar free cookies. I ordered the apricot ones because her mother had an apricot tree, and it brought her good memories. She said they are wonderful tasting (and she is very particular about her food).

Product arrived ontime, but 1/3 of package had crumbled/ broken tarts/ cookies!Very dissapointed!! & embraced as I couldn't serve them at my event!!!!!

The cookies are individually wrapped, so they stay fresh. They have a nice texture and good flavor. I have re-ordered them already.

These arrived as crumbs. Not only were they poorly packed, they were dry and crumbly. There was hardly an apricot taste in the few cookies that weren't sand.

To say the least, it did not resemble the photograph on the website. It arrived a box of crumbs and broken pieces. The shipping box itself was undamaged, and the package was well wrapped in bubble wrap so I don't think shipping was the problem. I tried one of the larger pieces, and it basically crumbled in my hand. I realize the product was sugar-free which sometimes affects the texture, but, considering the price, it was really disappointing. I round-filed the rest and chalked it up to experience. (To be fair, I have ordered from this vendor previously and product was OK.)

So much tastier than the regular cookies…. Don’t taste sugar free
