This stuff is amazing and feels like the missing piece to my thyroid health journey. Diagnosed recently with Hashimotos and after struggling with intense fatigue, I noticed a huge difference in energy within 48 hours of starting this. Will be coupling it with thyroid med going forward and hope to see even more improvement in thryoid related symptoms. But I can't imagine not taking this!

This product! Currently, I’m 40 years old. I just had a baby about 2 1/2 years ago. Since the birth, my energy and mental state, depression, weight gain, everything has been an exhausting journey. I started to really deep dive because my sibling and mother was recently diagnosed with Hashimoto’s hypothyroid disorder, and I started looking into symptoms. I haven’t been formally diagnosed but borderline, however I started taking this Thyrocsin by recommendation to see if it helped at all, and to my surprise it has! I’ve been taking it for just shy of a month religiously. Things I’ve noticed is I have very regular bowel movements, which has never happened in the history of my life. I have energy and it’s not cracked out energy but focus, concentration, and doing my daily chores and just regular responsibilities that typically would wear me out to exhaustion, I have energy and can stay awake till 11 PM or later with no problem. Previously I would be able to fall asleep as soon as I sat down. In addition I have lost about 6 pounds. Not sure if it’s due to increased energy levels increased bowel movements or if it just has helped overall with weight, but that’s a plus and I’ll take it! I also have found that my body temperature is more controlled. I’m not constantly freezing throughout the day bundled up in sweatshirts and any amount of layers I can get a hold of when the temperature in my house is 73. An added benefit that I’ve struggled with since my postpartum has been my sex drive. I found that it has increased and it definitely is quite surprising. Especially since I wasn’t taking it for that at all. Overall, I am a loyal customer to Thorne supplements, but this has definitely taken the cake!

Last spring I got labs done that showed my thyroid was borderline hypothyroid. I got this supplement to see if it would help. I started by just taking 1 pill per day to adjust my body to these new vitamins. I ended up only using it for 4 months before I got pregnant and stopped it. I had labs done again and my thyroid was well within the normal range! This alongside a balanced diet I would say really helped!

Know that you can start with 2 tablets taken once a day on an empty stomach (preferably just after rising to start your day); but you will need to advance to taking a second dose on an empty stomach later in the day, an hour before eating. I've learned that second dose is very important.

i’ve been taking this for T3 and T4 levels, doc recommended it. My TSH is just fine, but I noticed that I’ve been cold lately and just fatigued all day. I started taking these and noticed a huge boost in good consistent energy. I’m getting more steps in. I’m more alert and effective during the day, I love this product. I’ll be getting my labs checked soon to see how the T3 and T4 improved. I was also low on B12 and vitamin D so I’ve been supplementing for those as well

I trust Thorne to make good products. It's always hard to know if your supplements are doing anything, but I believe these are a good complement to my regime. I take one every night before bed and they don't disrupt my sleep. That way when I take my thyroid early in the morning, these ingredients are in my system to assist in absorption of the thyroid meds. My labs have improved slightly, so something I'm doing is working. I'll keep taking these, but I just take one a day instead of the two. I just take too many pills to take two. Wish the complete dosage came in one capsule.
