How much does this roller weigh?

almost nothing.....very convenient for travel

Is this roller hard, soft, or medium?

It's like a medium firmness but has these pores that make it spongelike to some extent. It is the best roller I have ever used. I have the styrofoam white one and my Pilates studio has the hard black plastic one. This roller is in between, super comfortable to use and made to last.

Does the Travel Roller have the same "bumps" as the regular?

I don't have the regular, but the Travel Roller has rows of raised circles (0.4 cm. in diameter) going around the roller.It's handy to take with you for whenever you may want to use it.

What are the dimensions of this foam roller?

It's the standard 36" by 6". The travel one is 12" by 4". Hope that helps you. They really are wonderful. Better than my extra firm roller!
