Easy to use, maneuverable and using wet wipes leaves area smelling and looking clean. Good value and gets the job done quickly!

Attaching and Un attaching the stick is difficult
It would have been great for the stick adjustment to push it in not to separate it. Difficult for people with arthritis hands!

Works super wide flat floors but not so well when there is tile with grout.

Great little mop
Love this. I’m not using their pads because we have new wood floors and wouldn’t ever use chemicals on my wood floors, I use a 100% cotton pad that fits this mop (my pads must be used with this XL mop). I can use my cotton pads dry or wet and don’t fill the landfills with unnecessary garbage but the mop itself is great. I love how this mop turns an angle I need. Highly recommend both my cotton pads and this mop. Hopefully Swiffer will one day create the same 100% cotton pads for their mop that can be washed as mine do (not adding to landfills and no reordering often), I called them to ask but they don’t, maybe one day.
