Normal 3-prong cord. If in North America: Type B / NEMA 15-5)

Q: does it have a reset button/switch?

I don’t see one. Don’t overload it or short circuit it and it’s not needed. Add one as the power exits, if you require this type of protection

Q: Is this a real Meanwell company or fake Mean Well company?

Looks real to me! No one is copying this stuff. Has the logos and mfg insignia etc.

Q: Can i connect a 3-pin iec320 c14 input module, plug, fuse switch, 10a male power socket? how do you connect the psu to the power?

It has line, neutral and ground screw terminals for power steering bout hookup.
