Q: Does anyone know what the wind rating is for this?

I have had this green house up for 8 months. It has stood up to continuous 50 mph winds and 80 mph gusts. I used ground anchors on every corner pole and three soil nails on all other upright poles. There has been no damage to the cover.

Q: How far up will the side panels roll and is it fully screened behind the panels?

The side panels roll up 12-14" & there is no screening on the sides. The sides open & you can take the ends loose to roll for better airflow on hot days. This allows it to stay cool inside.

Q: Is this plastic going to hold up to winter? I live in MI.

Mine held up through all our snow however it stretched and put pressure on it that you need to tighten everything back down or it will flex and rock with the window and shred. I recommend removing it for winter.

Q: Is there a replacement cover available for this greenhouse?

Yes, part #90588 is the full replacement for the 10x20 size greenhouse. It is available on Amazon for the same cost as direct from Shelter Logic, but Shelter Logic charges shipping :)
