Works well.
So far, I really like them. Maybe it is just me, but I think the sound could use more bass. Still, really good. They are easy to setup (like anything Bluetooth) and the buttons are large and accessible. They are cheaper than a good quality noise canceling headphones and, unlike the noise canceling headphones, don't pop loudly when I turn on a saw, etc. They are comfortable enough, but I wish they could extend a bit more so they would not sit as tightly on my hat. I am a fairly big and tall guy, so that may not be an issue for most people.

Great hearing protection
The muffs were very well designed and provided great hearing protection while firing on the inside range. They were comfortable wearing and the design was great

40-Hour Review @ CNC Machine Shop
After one week in a CNC machine shop, I must say that I love these headphones. Our loudest time of the day in the shop can reach around 105-110 decibels. It blocks out compressed air noise whether you're blowing into a blind hole or out in the open.Co-workers used to have to say my name a few times to get my attention because I was competing withthe noise in the shop in my headphones, now I'm not competing with the outside noise whichin the end, saves hearing.( -1 STAR ) If I were to make a suggestion for new users, use the box it came in to 'break-in' the unit as it will feel like a C-clamp on your head at first; but don't worry, they do get significantly more comfy with age. Manufacturer could make a more comfortable ear cushion to combat this.If I were to divide the price I paid for the headphones by the hours I've used them, it has costme $3.75/hr so far and I am extremely satisfied with that considering they'll probably last another thousand hours yet.

Not good for woodworking
The Aware technology is pretty cool. If you are hammering or running an impact driver, it is awesome. It cancels out the percussion noises very well. But if you are expecting it to work on constant noise like a saw, you better think twice. The technology as no way to determine that a table saw or vacuum is bad and needs to be cancelled out and just passes it through. You can adjust the volume of the passed through sounds, but lowering it down means you also lower down the sound from things you want to hear like someone speaking. That defeats the purpose of the Aware technology. If you want to use ISO headphones in a woodworking shop, skip the Aware and just go for the cheaper Link 2.0.

If you have a hobby wood shop, do not buy these. What a disappointment.
I really should have believed the other reviewer who said these don't work in wood shops. If anything, his 1-star review was waaaaaaay too generous. Because these muffs are the absolute worst nightmare in my shop. And I reeeeally wanted to love these things. Sigh.First off, my dust collection system won't trigger the noise suppression, so that wonderfully loud blower sound is literally right in my ears because the AWARE tech won't suppress it. I also have a SawStop, which AWARE does try to block, but unfortunately the dust collection is on at the same time and get this HORRENDOUS popping sound in my ears. These are unusable. Sure, I could turn off the AWARE technology and they work fine, but then I've essentially just paid $140 for a set of $40 PROHEAR muffs. All in all, it feel like ISOtunes sold me a product that should still be in development. This is my second time purchasing one of their products, but after my ISOtunes pro died after 6 months I just don't trust this company to provide a valuable product that meets my needs.

For work
I use these for work in an industrial manufacturing plant. With the pass through technology, I can hear what I need to hear while the background noise is kept at a safe level. I have worn them for many hours without recharging. They are just a comfortable as any over the ear protection I have used in the past. I can answer calls and talk with ease. Great buy! Worth the money!
