So as soon as this was delivered I was excited to use it, so I read the directions-easy! And got started! Ok! Remove back, pre-stretch, can do! Apply to neck, great! Hook over ears…hook over ears? This barely reaches my ears at all, how is it supposed to hook? So I start again, from the middle, stretching as much as possible, managed to make it reach my ears better, but the teeny tiny holes…oh my. I stuffed an ear in it and my ear promptly turned red and started throbbing, as the ear hole is about 1/3 the needed size for this to work. I tried getting the other ear in the other hole but there was no chance I was going to be able to suffer this for 20+ minutes. I ended up having to tie a string to the loops and clip it to my head just to get it to stay on (the gel is sticky but not adhesive, so simply not using the loops wasn’t sufficient). I’m writing this review with the mask still on so I cannot comment on the results, but the gel feels great as I’m sitting here!

I wanted so badly for this to work. I didn’t see improvement for myself. They do fit comfortably though for those who think they want to try. I think the only real way to get rid of this double chin I got going on is exercise.

Maybe a tiny lift? Not worth it for the amount that it hurts my ears to wear it!

I was skeptical but I felt they really did make a difference. Sometimes we forget that our necks need skincare too and this checks that box for me. It also gave me a more chiseled jawline. I found that keeping it in the fridge helped a lot as well

Misleading product did not do anything

I'm obsessed with these. Completely noticeable difference after just 1 use. I really didn't think it would work as well as it did, I was SHOCKED to really see the difference! The mask is pretty comfortable too to wear around. I will absolutely be ordering more when they are gone!

These do have a moderate firming effect. Not a miracle cure for a saggy neck, but I can see a difference after using them a few times.They're a bit too tight, I think they're designed more for the Asian customers, so they were a bit uncomfortable on my ears, but okay for a couple of hours. They do have a perfumey scent that I don't really like, but it's not too strong. However, if you are sensitive to perfumes, this may not be a good product for you.Overall a pretty good item for when you're having a home spa day or to use two or three times a week - they will help firm and smooth saggy skin. I see that the price has gone up by $7 since I ordered them; not sure I would buy again at the higher price.
