Heat Patch for Cramps - Pack of 3

I’m usually stuck to my heating pad but with this I am able to slap it on and I’m able to get up and start pushing myself to get things done. You can put it directly on your skin or over your clothes. The only thing that can be better with this product is the adhesive they use. Starts to come off skin after about an hour.

I deal with really terrible period cramps due to endometriosis complications and when I was younger used to rely on the theracare pads (before they were discontinued for a literal decade) and unfortunately work retail so I can’t rely on plug-in heating pads and these things are a game changer! Be careful to follow instructions because if you wear them under multiple layers without a break for hours I could imagine them being too hot but if you follow the instructions and use as intended, they really do work and relieve my period cramp pain!

I have both endometriosis and interstitial cystitis/painful bladder syndrome. I bought this to help with endo pain during periods, as well as to help with the pain during the IC flare. One of the heating pads didn't work, but the other two heated just fine. My major complaint is that they don't adhere to my clothing that well.

I’m loving these, I don’t think I can go a month without them anymore, they heat up super fast and stay warm for many hours. I have a very sensitive skin and was concerned that it would irritate my skin but no, it feels great and very comforting, I stick them straight to my skin. I’m using these alongside with homeopathic pills to help me stop using heavy pain killers. It’s working well so far.

These are so awesome. Sometimes I get cramps so bad and it’s not like you can go to the grocery store with a heating pad. But! With these you kind of can. I’ve kept these on for longer than 6 hours and they stay. I do just out of OCD habit make sure to push on them a few times since it feels a little weird to have something adhesive on your abdomen/ back. I’ve also cut these in half (there’s a smal area where you can, though not sure if you should so take my words and do what you want) and then they last twice as long.

I was so excited to receive these, Like most here, my cramps are horrible an a little heat would be such a benefit, home in bed trying to feel better. I wore one to work, an one at home. Neither got hot. It warmed up so little I forgot that I even had it on, I was waiting for it to heat up. This is such a SCAM. Not sure if the other reviews were from a while ago or what, but these DO NOT WORK!

This product works and I'll buy it again, but it's not as amazing as I thought it would be. First, this does not last 12 hr (honestly I didn't expect it to, but I thought it should be noted). It lasted about 2-3 hours for me. At first I was worried because it didn't get hot, but with in 10 minutes it started to warm up. At that point, I was in heaven :) My biggest problem with this product was the fact that it doesn't stick to you for long. After a while, it started to slide off. Thank god I wasn't at work. I suggest you wear two pairs of light underwear and put the heating pad between the two underwear. This way, it won't be on your skin and the second pair will hold it in place. Personally, I think rice works way better than this product. That's what I do. I take a small handful of rice and spray water on it before I heat it up in the microwave. I then put it in plastic bag and followed by putting it in a sock. I sleep with it in my underwear and it lasts hours. I can use the same rice over and over at least 4 times before it starts to feel a bit too soft. I would personally wear this product to work with the two underwear method I mentioned since it is flat enough to wear without it looking bulky.

These are great to use , I do love these and will easily use again, but Dollar tree has some for only $1.25 each

But they don’t get very hot. If your looking for heating pad hot you won’t get it. These are more “warm”

I got these because i thought they would be great for on the go when i cant use a heating pad ex at the office. But they just dont work for me. I feel no heat

Patience needed for the up to 5 minutes for patch to warm up. Adheres well, lasts and provided relief. It does everything promised in listing.

Needs to be hotter
