Great products
A few pieces had shipping damage. I called them and they immediately sent me replacement parts. Outstanding customer service and great products. It's very easy to install.

Sturdy good looking fence
This is a good looking fence. Nice finish and sturdy. Good metal thickness. The instruction were lacking. Plenty of pictures but no text to explain what you were looking at or in trying to accomplish. Having some mechanical skills helps given the sparse verbiage in the assembly instructions.

Easy to put together
It was easy enough to put together, I ordered the fencing and gate. Started pulling things out and realize even though the pictures show the concrete anchors, they did not come with the product. I had to order those separately (which I had to go to Lowe’s and buy another $40 worth of concrete screws that would actually work.). It looks great. But just know what you are ordering.

Excellent product, TERRIBLE service/refund
I usually don't write negative reviews, simply because I get good service and products from Amozon and its sellers. I probably spend > $70,000/yr. Buying from Amazon for my business. I bought 13 of these fence panels; they assembled PERFECTLY and loon amazing. However, I have (1) extra to return. Upon seeking a return authorization, I was informed I would have to pay for return shipping. I spent over $3,000 with this seller. Nowhere in the product description or return policy does it indicate return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. (1) section of these fence panels cost $197 plus tax. My return shipping is $147. I've reached out to the seller for a prepaid return label, they've responded saying their policy is for the buyer to pay for return shipping.....CONTRARY TO WHAT THEY ADVERTISE. So just be aware, if you buy from this seller, you'll have a hell of a time returning, if you need to.
