How do i mount this to the back of my tv and keep it secure so the nintendo switch dock doesn't move?

hello! Thank you for your interest! The mount only includes wall mounting hardware, and the mounting holes are only large enough for up to M5 mounting screws. You could possibly mount it to the back of a TV using a single center hole, but depending on the TV, that hole would have to be drilled large enough to fit the screw. Thank you!

Cooling seems it would be bad with this because it mounts so flush to the wall. How much room is between it and the wall?

Works exactly as expected, sturdy design, nice quality build, and clean lines. Plenty of mounting options, and installs easily. My only ask of a v2 would be a cable clip built in, but that wasn't meant to be included with this, so I can't ding it for lack.

Drilled into the side of my desk to attached this looks great and does it's job. Before i had a floating mount but that did lot allow me to charge the joycon.
