This mat looks quite thick, is it difficult to balance on it because of the thickness?

How is this mat for hot yoga? Is it super slippery? Also, does anyone know if this mat contains PFRs?

Does it come with the strap to carry like in the picture? Not the buckle to hold it roll together but a strap to help with travel.

Does putting your full weight on your elbows or knees hurt while using this mat?
