Very nutritious mix of grains and taste is very good.

This rice mix is very good. I add about 1/4 to 1/2 cup to my white rice. Many compliments when I make this.

I was trying to leave a review for this horrible rice that had bugs in it not the bugs they show what other people's reviews I didn't see that I bought it and was excited about it and ate it and then got so sick that I had to go to the hospital it was terrible I was throwing up and I had diarrhea and it was 2 days before I felt better the bugs that were in my rice were small and not visible unless you laid it on white paper and looked really carefully I was so sick I couldn't and I had to let my daughter do it but it was terrible to not buy this rice it must be old stock or something I don't know what's wrong with it but don't risk it

Makes you full faster since it has glutinous rice. Need to leave in rice cooker longer than jasmine or Japanese mix rice. Easy to cook in rice cooker. Soak for an hour in rice cooker prior to cooking. Then start rice cooker. After cooking, need to leave for half a day for extra moisture to be gone. I use two cups of the mixture to 3 cups water.

Perfectly good, tasty, whole grains. My only problem with this product is that it has zero nutritional value. It is an empty food. Sticking to a vegan diet I look to whole grains for a fair amount of protein. This product has absolutely none. I don't know if this is an error in their labeling or not. It seems like it should be, compared to similar grain blends I have bought. I wrote to ROM to ask about this, but received no response. So, I don't know. It is good filler food for stuffing one's belly, but not really worth the calories when using food for nutrition.

The bag tore upon delivery. It was both on top and the bottom.
