How can this be 300dB when a nuclear bomb explosion is approximately 240dB+?

The loudest possible sound is 194 dB. It is physically impossible for sound pressure waves to be any stronger. At that level, the pressure waves are creating a complete vacuum between them. Beyond that, it could not be a sound wave, but a shockwave, killing anything it came upon. Remember this when you see specs like this. :)

What does 60b high 12v 510hz and 60b low 12v 410hz mean that's stamped on the side of them?

If you want a train horn you will have to buy a air compressor and a much larger horn. 120d is about as loud as a jet engine.
