Great service response when original items failed prematurely
The seller despatched items promptly, well packed and arrived safely. Unfortunately five out of the eight lamps failed within 24 hours. These were returned and refunded via the Amazon returns service and the seller made contact the following day, arranged to send out replacement bulbs at their cost to ensure that I was happy with the quality and reliability of the product. Once I had confirmed that the second set were working fine after 48 hours, the remaining order was fulfilled. Didn't last long
Delivered on 19 November and one bulb from the box of 4, was put in soon afterwards. It's blown already. Installed in a bedroom. Box says 25000 hours, I doubt it's done 25 hours. Hope the next one fares better.Update: I have received a credit for 2 bulbs very promptly. Thank you. Here's hoping the rest work for longer.

Light flickers at high brightness on dimmer
Product is serviceable only at lower than full intensity setting on the dimmer otherwise it flickers a lot. Doesn't go to a very low dimmer setting either or it cuts out. Dimmer range is seriously compromised. Not had a problem with previous bulbs from other manufacturers. Needed in a hurry and had to use them.

Solved bulb flashing problem
These bulbs constantly flashed with my original dimmer switches.Contacted the Supplier and they kindly gave me a full refund.They also allowed me to keep the 'faulty' bulbs.Before giving up on the bulbs I decided to try new Dimmer Switches with 'Trailing Edge' priority.Installed the dimmers and fitted these bulbs and the flashing problem has stopped.Brighter than the Halogen Spot Lights I have been using.Too early to say how long they will last as I have only just installed them - time will tell.Impressed by Supplier response - will purchase from them again.
