FINALLY a Pilates book for all bodies!
As a Pilates studio owner, and teacher for 20 years, I am delighted to see a book like this FINALLY available. Pilates really is for everyone & Micki Havard has beautifully and accurately demonstrated this in her book. It is inclusive and instructional in a way that most Pilates books fall short; quite simply it is what we need to see more of in the fitness world. This will be required reading for my teachers-in-training and I will share it & recommend it frequently.

Makes mat Pilates accessible for everyone
Love this! I’m a big Pilates enthusiast and agree that it is most often portrayed as something for only a select few. This book clearly demonstrates all sorts of people doing Pilates, full out and with modifications. Definitely a great guide and hopefully can show how Pilates is beneficial no matter who you are.

Excellent
I found this book to be very informative and thorough whether you are new to pilates are an experienced student. I have practiced pilates for years but this book insures you have a solid foundation along with different variations. I was pleasantly surprised to see people of different sizes and abilities. This is an excellent addition to my fitness library!

Excellent book for all levels of pilates ability!
Love the variety this book contains! Thoughtful and well laid out with a variety options for so many exercises. As a pilates instructor, it's wonderful to have a fresh take on ways to do things with "every type of body." This is also an excellent book for clients and those new to pilates as a reference as they get started in their practice. Clear, concise explanations and the full color photos are wonderful. The client profiles are also very interesting and add another level of personal connection for the reader to those portrayed in the photos doing the exercises. A great addition to my pilates library!

Great resource for teachers or students of Pilates!
There are many things I love about this book. The modifications are great and truly makes pilates accessible for everyone, especially people who have a hard time getting down on the floor. But, as an instructor what I love the most are the photos and models of REAL people. It's about time we saw real people of all shapes and abilities represented in fitness! Well done!

A Gift in Making Pilates Accessible to All!
Pilates for Everyone is a breath of fresh air! It takes the mystery out of Pilates, which has been perceived as an elite form of exercise, and makes it accessible to everyone, no matter your body type or fitness level. With warmth and clarity, Micki meets you where you providing insightful, understandable, and actionable stretches and exercises that anyone can do from home. I was especially surprised by how the slow, intentional movements worked muscles that I didn't even know I had! Great for building core strength, stamina, and flexibility. I highly recommend Pilates for Everyone!

Love this Book!
This book was very easy to understand and follow. There is literally something for every skill level and body type, including prenatal. Each pose is clearly outlined, and the personal stories makes it more than just an exercise manual.

The Pilates book you NEED!
I really love this book! Thanks to Micki and her expertise in modifying so many Pilates moves, I am able to get a great workout while being mindful of my knee injury. I would recommend this book to people of all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to the advanced. Micki really does make Pilates accessible for everyone!

Great book for beginners, advanced, teachers and pilates lovers
I am a pilates teacher myself and I’m always looking for some new ideas and I like exploring and re-visiting pilates books, videos from different instructors. Pilates For Eveyone is a great and useful book. I like it that the exercises shown in pictures, well explained and they all have adaptations, modifications and progressions which make them suitable for different types of pilates participants. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who loves pilates. Thanks very much!

Love it, love it, love it!
Clear, concise, well-organised and engaging book for every body. Yes, you. Micki Havard encourages you to move with step-by-step cues. If you are new to Pilates or want guidance on variations of exercises to deepen the work for yourself or others, buy this book. I especially like the standing and seated work and seeing all the different models demonstrating the moves. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
