I actually really like this. The battery is also the back of the controller. Charges controller fast and makes it so much easier to just place the controller on the docking station when i am done playing video games so that when I am ready to play again I just look and see if I have a green light and grab and go. I do wish that it had a place to charge the extra battery without a controller but the only way you can charge the battery is when it is in the controller. Quick and Easy. Loving this purchase

Works perfectly with Xbox Series X. The controllers stay charged. I've never run out of battery, I put the controllers on the charger usually every other day or after using it. Good organization to have a dock for the controllers to live on and stay charged.The only down-side is that it requires a separate usb to AC adapter if plugging into an outlet. I had one left-over that I wasn't using so that is fine. I'm not sure why they don't include one, unless you dock right next to the console itself and use its USB, you need an adapter to plug into an outlet.

I got this for my son and it works great. Shows red when charging and green when charged. Takes 4-5 hours to charge and about 30 hours of playtime.

**6 MONTH UPDATE**My unit broke, and I was able to call customer service, and they had a warranty replacement out in under 8 minutes, outstanding customer service!!Coming from a plug in battery back these things are a life saver. Just drop your controller onto the dock after playing, and you're good to go in about an hour. The longest ive used a controller for sure far was 4 hours, and they still reported half charge, so plenty if you consider that if you're into a particularly long gaming session that all you need to do is drop the entire charger on the wireless contact, and 10 minutes of charge gets you about an hour of play.

The rechargeable batteries does not last. Within in two weeks, it stopped holding a charge. I contacted the seller and they replaced the batteries free of charge. 3-4 moths later it does it again. I contacted them again and now i have to pay the shipping for new batteries. I wouldn’t recommend this product.
