Can it be applied to basement cinderblock?

Probably, but you may have to use additional adhesive and the texture of the cinderblock may show through.

What can i cut this to fit ? Wht tool can i use?

Yes, you can cut it. When I installed mine, I put it on the wall first (flush with the ceiling) and trimmed along the floor and corner of the wall with a razor blade. I installed two, lighter color panels at the same time. this dark rock one was MUCH better at concealing flaws than the lighter colored ones. I couldn't see anything through this one. With the light colored ones, you can pretty easily make out any discoloration or flaw on the wall behind it.

How many separate pieces does the 100 x 144 mural come in? How many will I need to align when putting it up? (asked 2 different ways, same number)
