Mario’s car does not work; it’s missing some of the aluminum at the bottom, and Luigi’s car goes off track. My kids were very disappointed!

I don’t know how to reach out for help! I got this a month back for my son. I opened it today as it’s his birthday. Sadly the return window has passed, I’m late by two days. The cars just don’t seem to work. I tried everything watched all videos nothing seems to help. What am I doing wrong!? Someone help!!!

This is so great, from our you g five year old son, to me, the dad, the whole family , his sister and momma, we all love this game, I am looking to buy more track now, to see how interesting and more fun this awesum toy is!!! And having it with battery, is so good so when the power goes out, it can keep the kids occupied in case of emergency.

Love this set so much, easy to assemble (a bit of effort to connect all the tracks, but understandable, these are electric components). Quality is great, the little mario cars are just so fantastic and cute, but mostly when they zip around the track so fast, it's just so cool! Easy to operate with single button to press to vary the speed, so is really really great fun for me and my kids, and we are fighting to play it. The set looks of real solid build, the track itself, the cards, the controllers, so it seems to me like will last a long time. However, the wearable conductor at bottom of car, not too sure how long that will last, but understood it is meant to wear out. Then you can reconfigure the track anyhow you want which is fantastic! BUT a few things which is a bit of downside: 1) The car bits at the back broke off after a while (one side of the jets) coz after many times going off track, this is the weak point. Can re-attach loosely, but perhaps should have been moulded in place? I will probably super glue it back. 2) The set I have does not come with power transformer which is a shame, because the batteries are the hard to find giant D size batteries, and they will last a good day of 2 of heavy usage, but ultimately you should have the power transformer. It doesn't come with it, and it's not that easy to procure I find, so it kinda stops the momentum of the fun after a while. Overall I love this, everyone will love it, even those who don't play with toys!
