Great garment
My ftm son uses this product. They work so well. Not too tight, but tight enough to bind. He is very active and this garment does not restrict his movement.

Male with gynecomastia
I am a male with gynecomastia and this has definitely been a blessing in my life. I have spent hundreds of dollars on compression shirts from so many different brands. Those brands geared toward men primarily focus on making men skinnier by teaching men to suck in their ginormous gut. I have tried every workout and diet to get rid of my gynecomastia. The next step being sugary once I finish school. I finally realized that female to male transgendered men have the exact same problem. Thus, I found this magnificent product that doesn't only flattened my chest but has relieved back pain, given me so much confidence, and I can stand up straight, finally. I am so happy I found this product.

Just buy GC2B
I’ve been wearing GC2B binders for over a year and decided to try out underworks. It was a mistake. On the left is my several month old, stretched out and worn in the pool GC2B binder, size Large. On the right is a brand new Underworks binder, size large. Not only does it barely bind, it is itchy and painful and shows clearly under clothes. If you want your dysphoria to be worse, buy this binder 🙈

This style of garment has gotten an inch shorter over the years and I don't like that. When I was really fat
Been wearing Underworks since 2005. This style of garment has gotten an inch shorter over the years and I don't like that. When I was really fat, the shorter length made my gut stick out even more and it would bunch up and cut into my mid section because it wanted to roll up but couldn't actually roll because there wasn't enough material. The extra inch made it more comfortable. It would roll but I could tuck it under. However, this is a great binder. It works just as well as the tri-top which has 3 layers. This only has one layer. I got this in XL and yet the tri-top I have that is the same size is 2XL so don't use past experience with other garments to gauge what size you should get... I can't say the size chart works for everyone. I wear my binder just slightly tight like a tight shirt would fit. According to the chart, I'd wear a small. But I wear an XL and it binds me perfectly and tightly but not too tight. If you don't know what size to get, don't be afraid to order 2 sizes and be prepared to return one to save time having to order again if the one you buy first doesn't fit. Honestly tho, smaller sizes bind just as tight as the size I wear comfortably. If you've never had a binder, know that you don't need to squash yourself to pieces. If you have to step into your binder and have someone help you, you're probably able to wear the next size up without it making any difference in how well it binds your chest... you can only squash yourself so far.

Poor Craftsmanship
Let me preface this with "I may have gotten a dud but..."Like I've read in other reviews, the fabric is fairly see-through which is not shown in the product photo. I don't care how see-through the material is, however, so I purchased one anyway. First the good: the cotton inside is very soft and comfortable, it is easy to move in, and compresses just as well as my other garments. Now the bad: the front (stretchy) panel had more length or fabric to it, so no matter how much I adjusted it the seams could not lie flat, causing giant rolls around the neck, bottom ridge, and one armpit. Upon flipping the garment inside out, I could see several large wrinkles and buckles in the cotton fabric. To me, someone who sews and crafts occasionally, it looked as if it was hastily put together and not cut or aligned properly. This garment is impossible to wear out, because even through a very loose shirt the "rolls" are INCREDIBLY visible, as each is at least a quarter of an inch in diameter. As a final note, my correspondence with customer service was less than satisfactory. I was told something along the lines of "this is an entry level product which is probably why it seems different than others you've had in the past" with no acknowledgement of my detailed description of the problem and the shoddy craftsmanship of the garment and the fact that it looks little like the product image. If you have problems with it, don't bother, just return it. Definitely not worth $20.

It is Underworks
This does not bind as well as some of the other binders I have tried. It does not get me nearly as 'flat' as I'd like. However! I purchased this with the intent of having something that does not compress as much, for health-related issues. I use it for longer days or days in which I have to do more strenuous activity. It continues to hold up well after several washes; its level of compression is not lessened by the washing process. If you are looking for something to use as a "stand-in" binder, or a binder that does not compress as much, this is a good and affordable option.

My Experience With This Product (3.5 years)
This is my third time getting this binder as it has been a trustworthy option for me personally, especially since I wear a binder on a daily basis. I have noticed that the design of the product has shorten by an inch when I compare it to my two older binders. This is disheartening as it makes it less suitable for those with a bigger chest looking for a binder to help dysphoria. I would say this is a decent budget binder for those leaning towards the small, slightly medium chests. Sadly it does roll a little bit, as it ages and the fabric stretches it can get way worse, especially if not taken care of properly. For the binder I had for over a year my biggest issue was making sure that the softer layer of fabric wasn't ripping from the seams due to how much I wore it (this happened mostly with the arm holes.) Once they stretch out and you need to get a new one they make for decent workout gear for light exercises preferably. They can cuff you a little bit to under the armpits. This is a great binder though for beginners and cosplayers as well.Note: It does not go down to the belly button like shown in the picture. It never has honestly. The ones I have in this post though hopefully show the two layer front of this binder and gives an insight of how short it really is.

Very soft!
I must have ordered a different model than I had before because the material of this binder was surprisingly very soft! The front inner lining of the chest binder has a very soft material which is great if you’re like me and you have sensitive skin. This binder also doesn’t roll up all the time like I’ve found the other models to do. The only downside is that I’ve found that it’s not quite as restrictive as my other underworks binders and therefore, as a big chested pre-op ftm dude, there’s still a faint silhouette of my chest through the binder. This isn’t a problem when wearing baggy shirts though, which I do all the time anyway hahaVery good binder, I recommend it as a more breathable and softer binder. I’d buy another one of these to keep for days where my sensory issues flare up. Very good binder!

Good but check the updated size!
Underworks binders are still one of the best options available and this one is no different. Material isn’t as rough or low quality as I was expecting from some of the other reviews. One complaint I do have is that I didn’t notice the updated size chart and instead went off the size indicated next to the S,M,L etc which weren’t actually right. So I ordered a medium when I should in fact be a small however it still binds well enough so I don’t mind too much. Won’t go through the hassle of sending it back, will order a small in future though. A binder won’t get your chest completely flat if your bigger chested however stick on a baggy t shirt and you can’t tell. With this being the first binder I’ve bought I can’t compare it to GC2B or the other Underworks binders but for the price this one is good, just make sure to check your sizing against the updated chart!

Pretty good
For context I’m 32E and ordered a medium, did a very good job especially comparing to other binders. Outside packaging discreet but be careful if someone else is opening it, the invoice says “transgender nonbinary ftm binder” on it, but pretty good. Worth the price, comfortable, does the job. Straps don’t show through neck hole of most T-shirt’s too. Would recommend :)

Discrete packaging
The packaging is discrete!!! I haven't seen any reviews saying this and so I was worried it wouldn't be and I would be outed, but there was no trace of anything to do with being trans. Fit well and is quite comfortable once you get used to the fabric

Too big
The material quality it good, but it’s too big. I have large boobs and the armholes are too big and the neckline doesn’t lay flat. I decided to keep it and adjust the sides and shoulders myself because there are no other sizes available to return for a smaller size.
