How do you get the caps off the pods? Do they somehow fit into the top of the bottle?

You open the latch and put the pod in place. When you push down it should open the lid and dispense. Then remove it.

Where do they sell replacement tops?

i looked and couldn't find any. We lost the O-ring by putting it in the dishwasher after the first use and i can't find a O-ring that will fit either. now its useless

Are there any off-brand replacement seals for the bottle this is my third seal that’s gone missing?
