Q: Are the shorts built in or separate please.

In the swimdress I bought, the bottoms were built in like a swimsuit with skirt over. I don’t know if it’s the same one as you’re looking at though. I sent mine back as the top/bust part was way too big for me but bottoms fit ok. Hope that helps.

No. I'm a B cup size and it's great for me. It has false pads that are removable, but no other support other than the material is the usual tight swimwear. 🙂

Q: Does the skirt part float up when you are in the swimming pool or has it been stitched so as it doesn't float up?

It hasn’t been stitched down. It doesn’t come up like some of them but does float when in a jacuzzi.
