My 4yo loves this book. It's easy to read, fun, and vibrant.

B & B were incorrigible. No way, no how. Until Frog.came along in his joggers. From decodabke CVC words to captivating illustrations and fun story line, B1's eyes lit up and B2 went from page to page without stopping.

This is our all time favorite primmer reader. It was the 1st book my son read. This is our favorite author in this level of reading.

Most things denoted 'first reader' are actually quite hard, with too much variety of vocab or too many diphthongs - tricky things for someone just starting out. This book was perfect. My 4 yr-old managed to sound out most of it with only a little guidance, and enjoyed the pictures, which provide excellent context.
