Amazing to make little cakes
Really good quality of the product for small family, after it bakes doesn’t get sticky so much even if you don’t use baking spray or any oils. Easy to clean and bakes evenly. Little heavy but that makes it more quality. I specially love the appearance and size the cakelets.

Just what I needed
Great for muffins, rolls and even pancakes. Easy to use, nice and heavy, cleaning is easy with a brush.

Perfecto!!
I was worried that the pan details would prevent the bundt from coming out unscathed. However, they were perfect. Now I'm looking at buying other Nordic Ware bundt designs.

Watch your batter consistency
This the baking ability of the pan is great once you know how to use it. If you have a heavier batter with additional liquid, fat, or sugar then you will need to dust with flour for it to release and possibly under fill the cavity for it to work well. I have realized with Nordic Ware pans that they are designed for drier cake batters like pound cakes or the 1-2-3-4 + 1 cup milk cake ratios. If you add anything beyond that to the recipe then it will start to cling to the cavity. They size of them are slightly smaller than a standard cupcake 1/4 cup batter but they are cute and gives versatility when you don’t want a full bundtlette. The weight of pan is somewhat heavy but that what’s you expect from Nordic Ware.

Works like a charm!
This is a fantastic pan! I followed the manufacturer's instructions and the cakes literally fell out of the pan when I inverted it on a wire rack. Nordicware instructions say to wash first. Use cooking spray with flour --e.g., Baker's Secret. (I used a round pastry brush to make sure the cooking spray was evenly distributed.) When you put the batter in each cavity, press it in with a spoon to so that it fills all the decorative details of the pan. Then place a towel on the counter and tap the pan several times. I did this pretty firmly because the first batch had some air bubbles that left small gaps in the top of the cakes. Not a huge problem after the glaze or icing was added, but avoidable. Once the cakes are baked, let the pan cool for 5 minutes and then invert over a wire rack. I've made multiple batches and not one cake has stuck!

I love mini bundt cakes
I loved the regular sized bunt pan so it was only right that i got the mini one. Very cute for kids bday or dinner parties as a dessert.

Great Pan
I love this pan for little bundt cakes but you need at least two.

Pan prep is the key
This is my third mini bundt pan. The important thing I learned from my first is carefully prep the pan. With that first pan I was not careful with oil and flour and to this day I still have issues with sticking when I use it. As a result I now use a baking spray (Baker's Joy is the second one I tried and I like it). I also use a pastry brush (or a set of Wilton cake decorating brushes on pans with intricate details) to make sure every well is covered with baking spray. This pan bakes perfect knots every time. Since we're a small family I halve each recipe so I don't have to worry about reusing the pan. With some recipes, though, I just make a couple of cupcakes with any leftover batter. I finally found and watched the NordicWare video so after filling each well with batter, I tap the pan a few times on the covered counter. Then I wait 10 minutes before putting it in the oven. I rarely have air pockets in the design any more. I cool the cakes in the pan per the time specified in the directions and they slide right out. Cleaning is usually a breeze if I rinse it in hot water as soon as it has cooled enough to handle. Then I soak each well in a little warm soapy water for just a little bit. “Nail Tees”, manicurists use them, are essentially pointed q-tips and are really handy to remove anything that happens to stick in the nooks and crannies even after the pan is dry.

Apart from being a bit finicky to clean, if you butter the pan up properly before adding the cake batter the mini bundts will pop out with no fuss. I had multiple people asking me where I bought the cakes as they looked so good!
