I thought I was crazy for spending as much money as I did on this case. I just absolutely loved the look of it though. 4 months down the road. I lose a volume button taking phone out of case to put in a water proof pouch to take on vacation. I noticed I lost a button and looked on Amazon to replace just the button. I saw it had a life time warranty so I asked who I should contact for warranty info. I received a response on Amazon within an hour to contact Casemate . I was even given the link. All I had to do was send pictures of phone case through email. I received response from casemate within 30 minutes of sending email. My issue was resolved within minutes. Literally! Now I have a new phone case coming in. So worth the money!!! I will definitely buy from casemate again!

First, let me say that I am not sure this is worth the money I spent on it, but it's super cute, sparkly and brightens my day when I look at it. With that being said, it's a solid case, very visually attractive and allows you to place your phone down without scratching the face or the camera. I will say that it feels very slippery though. I did have a Speck case on my phone before, and it had little grippy strips on it, so maybe I'm just not used to this feel yet. Overall, I'm happy with this case.

it's very pretty and sparkly. nice and thick phone case with separate rubber bumper that goes inside the hard part of the case.only cons is that this case is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to take off (which can also be a good thing) and the lock button isn't protected by the bumper like how the volume buttons are. this case is also too thick to use with magnetic car mounts. i have my metal disc on the inside of the phone case rather than the outside though.

My friend got this case in the mother of pearl and it’s gorgeous~has a lot of blues and greens and pearly whites. She sent me the link so I could order the same one but mine has a lot of brown. Hers has no brown at all. I’m a jewel-tone person and brown looks gross to me. I know others love earthy tones, so it might work for them but this definitely isn’t for me. For a case this expensive when there are much cheaper alternatives out there, I’d expect more consistency so the buyer knows exactly what they’re getting.I’ve attached a picture so you can see how much brown there is compared to the picture on the order page.

Ive never bought a case mate case before because I could never understand why they were so expensive. Now I get it. What a great case. I was unsure at first about the two pieces snapping and staying together but it feels sturdy. The lock and volume button work great, just like if you didn’t have a case on at all. Case makes the iPhone X a little thicker but not in a bad way. Easy to hold and does not slip out of your hand. Camera and screen are well protected from lips. I do not drop my phone but I will update how the case protects if I ever do. I bought this refurbished from amazon for a great price. I was worried the case would come scratched or flawed but it looks brand new. The box looked brand new too except for a refurbished sticker on the back. This is why I love amazon.
