Review: Broken 4" swivel vise w/anvil search in vain for replacement forged steel jaws. - Vise is sturdy enough, but forged steel (replaceable) jaws can brake. Mine did and I am not faulting the vise for what I put it through, but getting the replacement part is a seemingly impossible task. Harbor freight advertising clearly shows that the vise has a renewable part (that if broken would render it unusable). However, they do not carry the part, so finding a solution to the problem is up to the purchaser. Customer support suggestions included searching the internet. So far no luck and many waisted hours. I think the recycle bin will be it's next home. Moral of this review is ......... be gentle with this vise because fixing it is a fruitless effort.
