Not comparable to the Heavenly Beds in the hotels, I tried to return it and was denied a refund. Really terrible customer service. In the end, there was nothing more than an overpriced crappy mattress.

I adore this mattress. We have had it about a month now and feel great sleeping on it. I will miss it when staying other places. Heavenly was made to accommodate most people's comfort needs because it was made for the hotel industry, and it lives up to it! Free shipping was awesome with white glove delivery. The delivery service did a great job of staying in contact and giving delivery notice and small window of times. The whole experience was excellent.

eafter about 6 weeks mattress had sag on both sides so bad friends told us that when we throw out a mattress. company including Amazon all pointed fingers to someone else. ie thats not our problem. have sent in rquested documentation twice & am simply being ignored. Worst company I ever dealt with. They just assume I will go away. Also disapointed with amazon for hands off stance. From an amazon perspective , it is the last expensive item I will ever buy through this company.

The first to write a review?!? Amazon said “be the first to write a review”. I fell in love with Heavenly Bed mattresses at a Westin in Hilton Head and even bought a queen size Heavenly Bed a loooong time ago (like 15 years). It was a good mattress, but not spectacular, and def not the same as the hotel's. Last time I checked Westin mattresses on Amazon there was no less than 27 reviews- almost ALL of them very negative. Many people said their previous negative reviews had been removed and they were RE postings. Now the reviews are ALL GONE?!? And amazon says I can “be the first to write a review”?!! What is up with THAT Amazon?!? Super uncool.

I’m going to be honest, the people that gave this mattress 5 stars probably just purchased this item and have not experienced what a good portion of us has, which is it sags after 1.5 years and you will have the worst back pain of your life. I know you might think I’m being dramatic but I promise you, I never write reviews, and I’m only doing this to warn others NOT to purchase this mattress. You will lose at least $2,000 and no matter what you tell the Westin they will not return it. Please just google “Westin Heavenly Bed Reviews” and you will see what I am talking about from others in more detail. I honestly have to sleep with pain medicine every night and sleep on a heater on my back that’s how bad it is. Lastly, this mattress is NOT the same as the hotel mattresses at the Westin. It is a complete joke. At first you will love it and think it is the best mattress in the world and the Westin created the most incredible mattress of your life.... but trust me that will change eventually. Please please just listen to my review. You will eventually regret this purchase.

I’ve bought 2 of these beds years ago and no problem. The new ones Simmons are making and stating these are westin mattresses have gone totally downhill. Don’t waste your time and money. Find something else. Their customer service is also horrific. I called a few times to exchange my bed out because there was a smell associated with it. Every time I called westin would give me the same story. Someone will call as soon as we hear from Simmons (the manufacturer). That never happened. Please look elsewhere for a mattress. It’s not even a month old and it’s already sagging too. Piece of garbage!

I had resisted buying this mattress for years because of the price. That was a mistake. We got it yesterday and it was so comfortable. With it and the mattress cover it was like sleeping on a cloud?

Worst mattress ever. If I could I would give it negative 5 stars. It sags within 15 days for me and I am not a large person. Have returned it 4 times and they just keep sending a new mattress every time which does the same sagging within 15 days. My back hurts so much. It is expensive for the worst mattress ever, I would rather sleep on plywood or the floor as it gives zero support.
